Industrial Units


We are a community of 100+ businesses, with 33 industrial units, 20+ managed offices and a self-storeage container area within our secure 4 acre site in Orrell, Wigan (near to Winstanley College). Unlike many of the available Wigan area units, our site is pre-existing industrial in an otherwise rural location, near to the M6/M58, with none of the traffic problems associated with other Wigan area units.

Our typical 1000 sqft terms are flexible, allowing for 1 month calendar notice of termination with no personal guarantees required. Payments for rent and utilities are monthly via Direct Debit.





Several are between 1200 & 1800 square feet, high bay.





Our largest is approximately 3,400 square feet.





Many have a combination of storage and office facilities within them, either self-contained or connected to our own receptionist services.
